Driven by the demands of daily living, China's mobile payment market is growing up fast. Contactless mobile payment technology characterized by RFID will give our e-commerce market great change and it is to determine the success of mobile payment. This article focuses on the analysis of key enabling technologies for China's mobile payment and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies. Finally current problems and development tendency in China's mobile payment are pointed out.
