摘要

In the report creation of protection against overheating of TWT as a part of amplifiers by means of forecasting on the basis of the analysis of their dynamic temperature characteristics is offered. On the basis of experimentally removed dynamic temperature characteristics of TWT with the system of compulsory liquid cooling and theoretical calculations of large-scale model the idea is validated.
