摘要

During the past year of 2009, 4.4% of the gross domestic product of the nation----that is about 230 billion dollars----earned from the land-rights trading activities. In many cities, land grand fee composes 60% of the city's fiscal revenue. But efforts are still being made to propose a more reasonable and transparent land trading and redevelopment mechanism and pursuing legislation assistance for it.
