摘要

Anti-corrosion properties of a silane-zeolite composite coating applied to aluminium substrates, have been investigated. The composite film was prepared with different zeolite micro-particles concentration (1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000 ppm). Physicochemical tests (FTIR, adhesion, SEM, CAM) have been carried out to evaluate the structural integrity of the coating. The results showed high hydrophobicity of the silane zeolite coating for all zeolite contents and a relatively good adhesion performance. Corrosion protection performance in 3,5% NaCI solution was evaluated by means of polarization tests, evidencing good barrier characteristics of the composite layer.
