摘要

As the exchange place, a city's economic function is to enhance the trade efficiency and promote the sustainable development of circulation industry. This paper stresses that the empirical study which is used to test the relationship between urbanization and circulation industry is significant. The high-speed growth of China's economy implies that many economic variables are non-stationary but co-integration method and ECM model can be used to study the relationship among them. This paper uses ADL method to build a related ECM with yearly data of China. Finally, the results of the research indicate that the growth of urbanization helps to promote the circulation industry.
