In order to evaluate listed companies' comprehensive performance and formulate investment strategy, this paper establishes evaluation index system of listed companies' comprehensive performance according to the combining principle of scientific characteristic and rational characteristic, objective characteristic and advisable characteristic. Meanwhile by using factor analysis method the paper establishes factor score model of comprehensive performance, and profitability, growth ability, debt paying ability and capital structure, the paper realizes scientific evaluation of listed companies' comprehensive performance. By computation factorial score of profitability and growth ability, debt paying ability, capital structure, stock rotation ability, recycle cash ability, it will provide scientific reference for investor to formulate investment decision.

机译：为了评估上市公司的综合绩效并制定投资策略，本文结合科学性和理性性，客观性和可取性相结合的原则，建立了上市公司综合绩效的评价指标体系。同时，运用因子分析方法，建立了综合绩效，盈利能力，成长能力，偿债能力和资本结构的因子评分模型，实现了对上市公司综合绩效的科学评价。通过计算获利能力和成长能力，偿债能力，资本结构，股票周转能力，循环现金能力的阶乘得分，为投资者制定投资决策提供科学依据。
