摘要

Fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is applied to evaluate the working capabilities of China higher engineering education teachers.Ten factors are evaluated,that is,loyalty to work,interpersonal relationship,responsibility,energy and strength,professional knowledge and technical capability,teaching training and organizing capability',arrangement and judgment of mass competition,scientific achievements,teaching achievements,and task fulfillment.It illustrates the principles and basic assessment steps of working capabilities of China higher engineering education teachers.The last part demonstrates the concrete application of fuzzy synthesis evaluation method in evaluating the working capabilities of higher engineering education teachers.
