on the background of low-carbon society, the thesis analyzes restructuring of and design ethics. The thesis proposes that to solve ethical relations between humans, human and material, human and nature is the premise of the development of industrial design, and also discusses the specific methods of Ethics in the consumer market, school education, design practice. It has a positive guidance to innovation and development of contemporary industrial design.
