According to the request of the constructive teaching theory, the request of Higher Normal College Personiiel Training Programs and the request of modern teaching theory, it is quite important to design classes creatively and a Three in One in-class teaching mode is formed.It uses multimedia teaching mode as its main body, ensuring professional as the basis, students' autonomous learning ability could be cultivated;network teaching mode as its main line, Opening the serialization of network course make broaden the outlook of students and individualized learning.;internet research learning model as its auxiliary tools.Designing the multi-level exploring problems and teaching research topics, students have the targeted problems research and teaching research. Three teaching modes supplement each other, support mutually and complement each other.Under the guidance of teachers, the students can master the solid specialized knowledge, and also cultivate the students' autonomous learning ability, innovation ability and the teaching research ability.They are trained to be the "two-qualification" talent that are having modern teaching concept, grasping modern teaching means, and also having higher education research abilities
