In this paper it has optimized Wiener filtering restoration technology process, while ensuring the quality of image restoration the algorithm running time has been reduced, the cost of the system has been reduced;the image boundary conditions has been analyzed and discussed results of its recovery, through processing on the image border, while removing the blur and noise maintains image's detail and improves the visual quality of the restored image, the image looks more smooth;contrasting the good image and blurred image Fourier spectrum and it has been found that the distribution of Fourier spectrum is closely related with motion blur parameters, by detecting and analyzing the Fourier spectrum of blurred image, a new motion blur parameters identification method has been proposed, the method improved the accuracy of the identification on fuzzy parameters;Finally verified the restoration effect algorithm in thesis, using the objective and subjective combining method to make evaluation on image rehabilitation quality.
