With colleges and universities in Yunnan, China as an example, this paper discusses the current state of computer education of undergraduates of nonspecialized computer at colleges and universities in territories of nationalities.We came up with six constructive measures to enhance computer education for standing issues, improve computer abilities of students, cultivate high quality human resources who are able to use IT with computer as its core to share information and possess general information literacy abilities of using computer to search, process, apply, manage and evaluate information.
