摘要

The teaching supervision is an important node in the teaching quality assurance and supervisory control system of the higher learning schools, and is of an important significance to enhance the quality of the talent cultivation.However, at the present time, there are a great number of high learning schools in China to lay an extremely high stress on the "supervision" but take the "guidance" lightly, which has led to a disharmonious relationship between the supervisors and the supervisees and weakens the quality and effect of the supervision.In view of such a phenomenon, it is necessary for the school supervisors to integrate the respects and service consciousnesses into the teaching supervision, and simultaneously put a constant enhancement to their own qualities, with the ultimate purpose of improving the service quality of the teaching supervision.
