The minimally invasive neurosurgery has increased significantly, but requires the surgeon with a solid training. This training by general is developed in the operation room increasing the risks that this entails. Therefore, the objective of this article is to show the design sketch of the minimally invasive system for training, whose design incorporates a functional didactic relationship using an optic with different visual perspectives. Allowing the neuronavigation and the solo surgery trought a passive assistance. For the design, we first determined the basic features to comply, then using mechanical desktop software, were determined graphically the position of the links and joints for the neuronavigation. The graphical characterization of the movements in the surgical space was obtained. Likewise, we obtained an approximation of the training model that meets the needs of optical management different from zero and zero degree.
