摘要

This paper consider the commonly existed conflict phenomenon in Chinese start-ups, based on practice and many cases, propose a gradual and deniable frame and designate its conflict resolve mechanism, some of it use financial derivatives, we named it “commonwealth of independent individuals”. This paper also spent much work to resolve one typical case though financial derivative model, give it analysis process and the model to designate the detailed parameters. This model can tackle the common problem that sometime individual want to quit from the entrepreneur team, but how much value should he/she take from the team, usually conflict occur and affect the efficiency of the entrepreneur team.
