The resource-typed enterprises have become the targets of M&A of global capital because of the shortage of non-renewable resources. The difficult problem that decides the success of enterprises' M&A is how to choose their targets. Through analyzing the characteristics of resource-typed enterprises and the selection decision-making system of the M&A' s targets, this paper establishes an index system which can be utilized to evaluate the M&A' s targets comprehensively and scientifically. Moreover, this paper uses the basic theory of rough sets and gray system to conduct a quantitative decision-making, presents a decision-making model to choose the optimum alternative for M&A' s targets. Finally this paper realizes the multi-object decision-making in mergers and acquisitions of the resource-typed enterprises.
