In this paper, a new method to establish jointly the gene regulation network model based on the mutual information theory and the Boolean network will be proposed with examples and a logical rule has been derived as the expression value of one or multiple genes determined by multiple genes accordingly. Based on the logical rule, the gene electric network can be established and analyzed to realize the gene regulation network dynamic transformation, thus analyze the regulation relations among genes. This method can be used in the analysis and study of the biological gene regulatory networks, looking for differences between mutant gene networks changes and the normal gene dynamic changes to try to find the cause of the disease. This paper presents a new point of view that the gene network can be divided into two types as inhibitory and non-suppressed.
