摘要

At present, in the background of speeding up the development process of economic globalization and regional economic integration, undertaking industrial transfer actively, play an important role in changing the style of economic growth and taking a great-leapforward development for the underdeveloped areas. China Three Gorges reservoir area industrial development is always trailed behind, therefore, making full use of the national one-for-one support and the eastern industrial transfer opportunities, transferring the resources superiority into economic development advantage is the foundation of three gorges reservoir area economy healthy and rapid development，and is also the fundamental guarantee prosperity and stability for immigration. This article, takes Zhongxian for example，discussing the conditions of Zhongxian undertaking industrial transfer, Industrial cluster planning and the problems should be noticed during undertake the eastern industrial transfer.
