Armament maintainability engineering is a kind of material practical activity comprising both technical factors and non-technical factors with system integration base, which involves in decision-making, planning, leading, coordination and control etc. However, in the course of promoting armament maintainability engineering in those technology laggard countries, the phenomenon that pay attention to technology despise management is common. In this article, it points out that reinforcing armament maintainability engineering management is the important approach of enhancing its quality. It must specially focus on the management of armament maintainability demand analysis, project design and validates, and also insist on the basic principles of humanistic management, system management and criterion management.
