This Paper defines a method of Certifying a Test Station for use by an organization's Production team, and for Validating its proper functionality. The Production team of any organization is the customer of the Test Equipment development team. The deliverable to the Production team is the Test Station, whose performance must be Validated in order to guarantee that it can adequately provide Pass/Fail discrimination upon a production unit being tested, and then must be Certified in order to be utilized for Production deliveries.
