Due to complexity, high cost and other problems that the traditional roller crushers at different powers are selected according to different products, and the clearance of grinding roller is adjusted mainly through adjusting hand wheel in the control of clearance of grinding roller, the degree of automation is too low. The electronic control system of 8A malt roller crusher is designed to reach the automatic control level, mainly including design of speed system of grinding roller and design of clearance system of grinding roller according to the parameters of system, so as to complete design and achieve the expected crushing effect and finally ensure the operation of the electronic control system of 8A malt roller crusher.
