摘要

We report a novel Cr2+,Fe2+:Zn1-xMnxSe (x = 0.05) single crystal gain-switched laser simultaneous generation at two different wavelength ranges at around ~2.4 µm and ~4.2 µm. The Fe2+ ions oscillation maximal mean output energy of 83 µJ at 78 K with pulse repetition rate of 1 Hz and the pulse duration of ~5.5 µs was demonstrated.
