摘要

Our country has entered the aging society, "house-for-pension" pattern, becomes important to complement the social pension system of China. In this paper, we investigate the current situation of house-for-pension pattern, and analyze the factors restricting its popularization. The paper points out that in China there is an extensive requirement and a broad prospect for the house-for-pension pattern; however, to develop and popularize the pattern is restricted by certain factors, such as the traditional old-raising thoughts, the available market information. It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide a practical and feasible way to solve the current situation of "house-for-pension."
机译：我国已进入老龄化社会，“养老金”模式，对中国的社会养老金制度进行补充。在本文中，我们调查了房屋养老金模式的现状，分析了限制其普及的因素。论文指出，在中国，有广泛的要求和养老金模式的广阔前景;然而，为了发展和普及，该模式受到某些因素的限制，例如传统的旧养殖思想，可用的市场信息。希望本文的研究能够提供一种解决“房屋养老金”的现状的实用和可行方法。
