Hurdles of university teaching in the investigation of each factor and found that psychological factors are the most direct and most important. Students in the learning process there are barriers to motivation, memory disorders, low self-esteem disorders, fear disorders, fatigue disorder and other psychological disorder. In this paper, from the formation of good intentions, bad mood regulation, guidance and accurate positioning, the creation of the chance of success, teaching environment, to eliminate the above five areas to improve the psychological hurdles of teaching effectiveness, the practice of teaching experience can effectively improve student learning initiative and break the psychological barrier hurdles.
