摘要

In order to study the shock sensitivity of metal-shelled solid explosive, we set up a number of numerical and experimental researches.The paper analyses the mechanism of shaped charge jet initiating the shelled explosive, and uses the mechanics of explosion to calculate relative parameters of the shock wave which is produced when the jet impacts the shell.Ignition and growth model is used to simulate the process of shaped charge jet initiating TNT explosive.Finally an experiment was done to test the accuracy of Held initiation criterion and numerical simulation.The experiment agrees well with the numerical results.
