High-coherent pixels detection and spatial coverage restriction are the key difficulties when applying the InSAR time series analysis in Altyn Tagh Fault (ATF) system based on stripmap SAR data. In this paper, a modified InSAR time series analysis method combining PS and DS is presented in order to increase the number of selected high-coherent pixels. Then a displacement velocities merging strategy by fitting least squares surfaces is proposed, which could decrease the velocities differences in overlap area between adjacent stripmap SAR tracks, so as to acquire the deformation results of the whole research area. Moreover, in order to avoid the merging problem caused by the inconsistent measurements between adjacent stripmap SAR tracks, processing strategies of ScanSAR PS-InSAR and ScanSAR SBAS are presented respectively. All of the methodology we proposed have been applied to the crustal movement measurement along the west section of ATF and reliable results have been acquired.
