摘要

With the unprecedented rapid development of the economy in China, the space of real estate investment becomes increasingly smaller and smaller in the east provinces. However, the cities in midwest China have various environments of real estate investment due to their different resource endowments, which will restrict the development of investment activities. Aiming at optimizing the real estate investment environment in midwest China, this paper establishes an evaluation system of real estate investment environment by choosing the top 30 midwest cities in GDP as the research object. With the application of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) approach, the indexes are established from several aspects such as the economy, society, natural environment, and infrastructure. The quantitative evaluation of corresponding weights is obtained through simulation to provide the key factors that affect the real estate investment environment for core cities in midwest China. Finally, specific suggestions are proposed based on the results.
