摘要

Smart substation is the key parts of smart grid. The schemes of sampled value transmission in the process layers and the data synchronization methods are related to both the reliability of data acquisition and the security operation of smart grid. The common schemes of sampled value transmission are concluded. The common data synchronization methods are expounded and the problems of different methods are analyzed. A new data synchronization method which depends on the characteristics of sampled values is proposed. Compared with existing methods, the new method solves the major problems that the transmission delay in the networking transmission scheme is variable and the measurement of it is hard to achieve. The new synchronization method can keep data synchronization even when the synchronization clock signal is lost, raising reliability of data synchronization and providing an effective method for application of networking scheme in smart substation in the future.
