The problems of resources and the environment has become an important factor which restricts the sustainable development of the countries all over the world. Green architecture as the field of the road of sustainable development is particularly important. Improved design of green building, green building evaluation standard and perfect quality management system, improve the green building technology and CI management efficiency has become more and more countries and building enterprise concern. With the development of building information modeling (BIM) development of the applied technology, construct the model of CIS is beneficial to the combination of green building assessment index, re combing of green building each workflow. From the origin, the standard and the application status of green building based, factor structure and influence on green building CI analysis, put forward the concept of multidimensional CIS model suitable for the development of green building.
