In order to considering the continuous improvement of the degree of economic globalization and the further opening of China's accession to the WTO, construction market production environment will be more complicated. This management of construction enterprises with high demands put forward. We must deeply think and analyze of the current situation of Chinese construction ERP implementation. Learn from the successful experiences, identify problems from the failure and find the method from many aspects of business, project management. For the applications of ERP provide some reasonable recommendations.
