摘要

The researches and applications of project post-assessment of investment projects attract more and more attention in China, which is important for constructing a harmonious society and meet the need of sustainable development. In this paper, project post-assessment of Tashan mine is done by using the causal methods and means of before-after contrast. At first, the development of project post-assessment is introduced. Then, project post-assessment management system to life cycle is put forward, the social impact post-assessment and environmental impact post-assessment are pointed to be the key of project post-evaluation of mine construction. Finally, the management system of project post-assessment to the mine construction project is established.
