摘要

Intelligent building of EPC mode in domestic development was still in the stage of exploration, and intelligent EPC mode in our country's relevant laws and regulations is not perfect, the most used type of contract of fixed price contract, the employer will most of the risk transfer to the contractor, and through a clause in the contract agreement, not to price adjustment. The contractor can make fewer claims, so the contractor is more likely to have economic losses and longer periods. The root of claim management is how to allocate the risk properly. To assume the risk of the consequences of owner, the contractor can be put in a claim to the, is the key to solve and identify risks shall be borne by the owner, through the analysis of different types of claims, claims evidence library, provide the basis for the reasonable claim.
