摘要

To study the variation of the electrical conductivity and dielectric constant of graphene with the light source frequency, Fermi level, temperature and other parameter, the optical properties of circular-annular and butterfly-shaped nano-antennas based on graphene were studied by the finite element method. By changing the distribution of graphene conductivity, the surface plasmon resonance characteristics of two different structures of nano-antennas were studied. The research results showed that the resonant characteristics of nano-antennas can be adjusted not only by changing the size of the geometry and the dielectric constant of the substrate, but also by adjusting the conductivity of the graphene doping level. It is concluded that the optical properties of the nano-antenna can be changed by the conductivity change that can be controlled by graphene, which is of reference value for the in-depth research and practical design of nano-optic antenna.
