Aim at the problem that existing rerouting model ignores aircraft flight safety at the intersection, the paper proposes a rerouting strategy that considers the flight interval and the air route capacity constraints. According to the actual situation of air transport, the planning objective is to minimize the delay and cost of rerouting. In combination with the relevant constraints, a multi-aircraft rerouting strategy model under dangerous weather is established which can be solved by NSGA-III algorithm. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out with the local transportation network as an example. The results show that the rerouting strategy can effectively reduce the time and cost of delays and improve the transportation efficiency and safety.
机译:针对现有的改航模型忽视交叉口飞机飞行安全的问题,提出一种考虑飞行间隔和航路容量约束的改航策略。根据航空运输的实际情况,规划目标是最大程度地减少延误和改线成本。结合相关约束条件,建立了危险天气下的多机改航策略模型,可以通过NSGA-III算法求解。最后,以当地交通网络为例进行了仿真分析。结果表明,改线策略可以有效减少延误的时间和成本,提高运输效率和安全性。
