The current signaling maintenance system of high speed railway is mainly based on the inquiry and statistics of the related information of the signaling equipment, and there is still a lack in the depth mining and fault diagnosis of the equipment information of the signaling. Therefore, there is no effective guidance for the maintenance and management work carried out by the railway administrations and the signaling production units at all levels. In view of problems in the current signaling maintenance system, this paper puts forward the design of auxiliary platform for high-speed railway maintenance based on SOA. The unified management of inspection data and maintenance information and the establishment of maintenance knowledge base are further studied. This platform integrates different business services such as identity authentication, operation, equipment, knowledge and information management. Based on the design idea of maintenance knowledge, the platform builds a maintenance knowledge base. The monitoring data can be analyzed and the faults of railway basic signaling equipment, such as track circuit and signal, can be diagnosed. Through the interaction and push with the maintenance site information, the work control of signaling maintenance is realized, and the information level of field maintenance operation is improved.
