A continuous homogenized peridynamics (PD) model has been extended for composite laminates. By considering the orientation-dependent critical stretch and compression of the material bonds in a lamina, the model has been used to analyze the impact-induced intralayer damage and delamination in laminated composite plates. The laminated composite plates are made of E-glass fiber and epoxy, with three laminas layout as [9076790], where 0 varies from 0° to 75°. The simulated patterns of intralayer damage and interlayer delamination have been validated with the experimental analysis.
