Based on social learning theory and social exchange theory, this research probes into the influence of authentic leadership on the unethical pro-organizational behaviors from the team level, and studies the role of organizational identity, firstly constructs the relationship model between authentic leadership and employee's unethical pro-organizational behavior, and introduces organizational identity as mediating variable. By regression analysis of collected data, it is found that authentic leadership is positively related to the unethical pro-organizational behaviors, among which the relationship between authentic leadership and unethical pro-organizational behavior is mediated by organizational identity.
