In recent years, the without-cable system for the decline-directed and horizontal drilling has attracted of significant research interest. Advanced telemetry system of transfer measurement information for Measurement-while-drilling is designing on the system level in this study. Evaluation of the use of video pulse signal in this system is carried out. The structure of transfer microwave pulse transmitter based on Gunn diode is considered. Characteristics of transmitter are resulted.
