摘要

Stainless steel is a chromium-containing alloy in which the content of chromium will determine its anti-corrosion properties. The pyro-metallurgy process is used to produce stainless steel as the main manufacturing method. During the blowing of oxygen aiming at a decrease in the content of carbon in the metal, Cr will be oxidized and get into the slag phase since Cr is more sensitive to be oxidized rather than iron. In order to decrease the Cr loss, it is very important to determine the thermodynamic properties of CrOx in the slag phase.
