Numerically Controlled Oscillator (NCO) is a major part in lots of Digital Communication Systems consisting of, Digital Radio and Modems, Digital Converters and computers base station and so on. Look-up table is a common method for creating both complex and real value sinusoidal. At first, the NCO design is simulated and enhanced at the software system tool ModelSim. A FPGA-based Implementation technique that will greatly improve the overall performance, shorter improvement cycle and decreases cost. This paper represents Design and Implementation of NCO on Xilinx ISE 14.7 version FPGA.
