Uncalibrated stereo image rectification, a pair of two images having different focal length /image resolution apprehended by using a amalgamation of dynamic and static cameras which are at unequal zoom. Uncalibrated rectification between the left and the right images of stereo pairs is usually accomplished on the basis of a number of equated feature points. Here we have speeded up robust feature (SURF) points for the process of uncalibrated stereo rectification. Where these feature points assists to improve the reconstruction efficiency and reduce the computational time.The rectification of stereo images is done by making a composite image and selecting SURF feature points in them and getting putatively matched points by satisfying epipolar constrains, which results in anaglyph (stereoscopic) 3D image which can be viewed using 3D Anachrome glasses. So the equated accuracy and robustness of feature point descriptors is important for 3-D reconstruction and surgical scene reconstruction.
