Power system operators are increasingly confronted with extensive amounts of sensor data. Sensors allow microgrid operators to monitor relatively large power systems. However, it remains incumbent upon the watchstanders to parse raw data and identify faults. The Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring (NILM) Dashboard offers a flexible and easily installed platform that provides watchstanders with analytical tools to easily and effectively monitor electro-mechanical systems. It includes a graphical user interface that shows analysis tools for energy scorekeeping, machinery operating state signatures, and equipment fault condition identification. The Dashboard's ability to identify faults on equipment in real time based on power consumption and machinery history ultimately allows watchstanders to identify concerns and repair equipment prior to mission-crippling failures. This paper presents the Dashboard and relevant case studies.
