In this paper the schematic diagrams for implementation of low power RF to DC Converter have been presented. Here we have taken two frequencies for analyzing the rectifier circuits at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz respectively. −10 dBm input power is considered for designing and simulation of the two rectifier circuits. Variations of input power with respect to DC voltage are shown at both frequencies. Similarly variations of S1,1 & alteration of output power with respect to two frequencies are also depicted. This paper illustrates the schematic design of two rectifiers along with the matching circuit utilizing HSMS 2850 for different frequencies. Simulations show that the DC voltage of 0.259V can be achieved at −10dBm when input frequency 2.45GHz and DC output voltage 0.248V can be achieved when the input frequency 5.8GHz having load 20kΩ.
