摘要

In order to study the domestic development in the field of public opinion guidance on public emergencies and forecast future research hotspots. Using CNKI as a data source, Citespace software was used to analyze the number of articles, author cooperation, institutional cooperation, keyword co-presentation analysis, and hotspot highlighted words of 1966 articles on public opinion guidance on public emergencies from 2000 to 2019. The results show that the number of relevant articles in the field of public opinion guidance on public emergencies is on the rise in general. In addition, there has been a trend towards diversity among authors and research institutions, but cooperation within the field is not close enough; "We media", "major emergencies" and "big data" are the research frontiers in this field in the next few years.
