With the development of Internet and the popularization of online courses, the SPOC (Small Private Online Course) mixed teaching model can be promoted in colleges and universities. This model reform will bring different results due to differences in students' independent learning ability. Therefore, based on the investigation and analysis of students' online learning, this paper puts forward that differential training should be carried out. Taking the "Engineering Contract Management" course as an example, this course designs the multi-level objective requirements and multi-level teaching path of differentiated training, effectively integrates online and offline education, and strengthens the cultivation of independent learning ability of different basic students.
