In these years, Chinese enterprises have been increasing at an exponential rate, with employees surging accordingly. How to realize effective human resource management to improve the enterprises' efficiency has become a key issue for enterprise managers. With the idea of socially responsible human resource management gaining popularity in China, how to realize socially responsible human resource management and maximize the stakeholders' benefits become an urgent problem that enterprises need to address. This study explores how to realize socially responsible human resource management from the perspective of stakeholders and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions.
