摘要

The purpose of this article is to find the effects of different growth conditions ( PH, temperature, nutrition,etc. ) and theproportion of component content (chlorophyll, carotenoid, lipid, etc.) during the different growing stages of microalgaes.Based on spectral analysis, the absorption spectra of microalgae under the different growth conditions, were measured indifferent culture periods. Based on the spectra of pure substances, the least square method is used to analyze thecomposition of algae species in different environments could be get. Different growth conditions and changes incomposition content under different environments can provide theoretical basis for algal blooms control and speciesidentification.
