In this paper, we present a novel computational methodology for solving Navier-Stokes equations on hybrid structured/unstructured grids. The objective of our effort is to develop an accurate and robust, pressure-based flow solver applicable to all flow speeds. Here, we present a unique implementation of an implicit second-order accurate control volume integration scheme on hybrid grids and demonstrate it on representative incompressible steady and transient flow problems. A segregated variable solution algorithm is used to iteratively solve each of the governing equations over the entire computational domain.
