摘要

The energy crisis has become one of the most urgent issues in advanced and developing countries. Construction trade, especially the rapidly developing real estate, is the main object of new energy consumption. One of the core targets of building saving society is energy-saving. From the point of project life, this paper based on the concept of whole life-cycle evaluation, objectively analyzed the life developing process of project, and proposed the basic strategies of energy-saving and energy-optimization, which be used at the every stage of real estate exploitation — planning stage, design stage, construction stage, using stage and end of life stage, and then building the exploitation mode of energy-saving of real estate.
