摘要

As a member of WTO, China is leading the construction market to internationalization. This paper comparatively analyzes the bidding system among USA, Hong Kong and French regions, and points out some characters in bidding in developed countries and regions, and then puts forward some revelations of the bidding system to China. Using them for reference, it’s very important to promote the development of China’s current bidding system as a guiding role in theory. The outcome of the research will indicate the pressure and significance to standardizing the bidding market in China, and will help the construction industry in China enhance the management level and international competitiveness.
机译：作为世界贸易组织的成员，中国正在引领建筑市场走向国际化。本文对美国，香港和法国地区的招标制度进行了比较分析，指出了发达国家和地区招标中的一些特点，并对我国的招标制度提出了一些启示。借鉴它们，以理论为指导，促进中国现行招标制度的发展非常重要。研究结果将表明规范中国招标市场的压力和意义，并将有助于中国建筑业提高管理水平和国际竞争力。
