摘要

Cost control of real estate project is an important aspect in the process of real estate project’s development and management. Based on the value engineering theory, this article systematically proposed an integrated series of controlling notion. According to differences on key points of cost control in each design stage, this thesis separately selects different function index and appraising method, specifically elaborates implementation process of cost control of real estate project in design stage. Meanwhile, it shows that the present notion and method used in the practice on the empirical basis of analysis.
